TITLE: Under the clouds in the Volcanic Andes
Shared between Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina, the high Volcanic Andes are remote, dry, mineral and incredibly beautiful. Old colonial churches are often posted along the dirt roads, volcanoes are everywhere and sculpted rocks appear to have been thrown on the ground by some kind of artist. Sun, wind and dust are part of the daily routine and dense. Fluffy clouds are bringing drama in the sky. Landscape is alive in this wide area that gather places like Sur Lipez, Atacama or Sajama.
In this place, one feel lonely and adventurous. It is like opening the door to a different world where your habits are left at the gate. At this altitude (above 13,000 feet high), the sky is close, you can touch the clouds and follow their constant flow.
