TITLE: Fabrica Fantasma
Black and white, grain of silver film, blur from multiple exposures : an attempt at aesthetic treatment of places that can't be considered as an aesthetic subject, even if one can conceive a form of visual attraction for these tangled lines.
A progressive deletion, a dilution of visual references that gradually give this project an abstract form, abstraction contradicted by the permanence of some shapes, some lines that allow everyone to rebuild his own image of these always recognisable places.
AUTHOR: Yves JOURDAN (France)
French photographer, my practice of photography is irregular, subject to my moods, desires, encounters or coincidences.
Blur, grain, black and white are often at the heart of these desires. No matter the way the images are produced, what prevails is the desire to end up with a finished serie, which pleases me in its totality.
