TITLE: Stormy night in Dubai Marina

I lived in Dubai from 2012 to 2015. From the balcony of my apartment, I had this wonderful view of Dubai Marina. In the center of the photo is the Dubai Marina Yacht Club and higher up in the sky, the sparkling antenna of the Diamond Tower located in the Jumeirah Lake Towers area, across the Sheikh Zayed Highway. It rarely rains in Dubai but at the approach of winter, the weather changes and sometimes brings rain and even thunderstorms. Now based in Vaudreuil-Dorion near Montreal (Québec, Canada), Francis Dufour is an event and film set photographer. He is also an experienced software and office computing teacher in both vocational college and high school. Francis also teaches photography on a private basis. He taught photography for Eton Institute in Dubai where he lived for 3 years. Curious and adventurous, Francis is passionate about landscape, travel and adventure photography.

In addition to teaching and photography, he has been a radio host at CIPC (Port-Cartier), CFLS (Lévis) and FM93 (Québec).

Photographer, teacher and former radio host, Francis is an experienced communicator graduated in Public Communication from Université Laval (Québec City, Canada) .
