TITLE: A storm is coming
Pikes Peak shot from Crystal Creek Reservoir. Shot in infrared filter that was mounted in front of my lens, and converted to Black & White in Lightroom.
I visited the reservoirs a few times until i finally had the conditions i wanted. Hardly any wind right above the surface, that would guarantee a smooth reflection. On the other hand wind and clouds in the sky that would add a dramatic touch to the scene. This day, it was perfect.
