TITLE: Hornstrandir Night
Hornstrandir Nature Reserve is a remote and extremely beautiful area within the West Fjords of Iceland. This photo was taken on the last night of a multi-day hike through the reserve, as the day was drawing to a close.

Jesse Harrison (* 1984 Turku, Finland)
I first began taking photos in 2003. Since then, I have developed a lasting interest in nature photography, as well as working at the space between visual arts and music.
Much of my work takes place when out in nature, and I use a Canon EOS 5D Mk III and Zeiss objectives as my main equipment. Aside from art, I have worked as a researcher in astrobiology and environmental microbiology.
