TITLE: Fifty Shades of Grey
This series of photographs was taken in Burma, a country that mixes many civilizations, and rich in color. However, nature offers him different contrasts and nuances over the hours, which, if you know how to capture them and transcribe them in black and white, will come to give a surrealist atmosphere.
AUTHOR: Alexis Rangaux (France)
Amateur of photography and art in general, I always seek the ingredients that transcend the image of its ordinary status into something unique. The incorporation of the emotional / psychological component is often present.
I like to bring out my aesthetic sensibility and visual language using my intuitive connection with the subject, which makes the viewer more engaged.
I show my vision of the scene by creating a strong atmosphere and aesthetic that departs from the simple representation of the subject.
Moreover, I do not give everything, but rather, I let the viewer imagine the different possibilities.
