TITLE: In Memoriam

"In Memoriam" - When Prince died it hit the community of Minneapolis especially hard. First Avenue was an oasis where you could come to mourn and share grief with others. Children started to draw memorials to Prince on the sidewalk outside First Avenue (Music club where Prince filmed "Purple Rain"). I caught this girl drawing a rainbow for Prince, as an indigent man watches her. I thought to myself we will never see such an innocent scene in front of the gritty nightclub ever again.
