TITLE: Anonymous
Whilst making my way through a dense evergreen forest in West Oxfordshire, at the foot of a hill I used a track close to the river. Obscured by a thick tree line between my self and the river, I spotted this young Roe Deer. Having tracked this deer previously, finding it eating late evening just after sundown was expected though nonetheless exciting - especially as I hadn't been spotted and the wind direction was going in my favour. With this in mind, I picked my spot carefully for some soft foreground blurring, set my composition and aimed for the sharpest focus possible given the amount of obstacles such as twigs, leaves and long grass.
I named the image 'Anonymous' because of the utter peace, safety and remoteness I found the deer in.
