Inspired by Andreas Feininger's classic photo book, I entered the world of photography around 45 years ago and in the end it was the works of Ansel Adams that gradually aroused my passion for black and white photography.
In 2015, after a long hesitation, I switched from analog to digital photography, especially because of the diverse digital processing options with regard to contrast control and tonal value correction.
Not only is it worth photographing the spectacular scenes, but I also pay special attention to objects and landscapes that are largely ignored in order to put them in a new light and give them a new level of meaning.
