Spider monkey (Ateles fusciceps )
Spider monkeys are New World monkeys belonging to the genus Ateles. Like other atelines, they are found in tropical forests of Central and South America, from southern Mexico to Brazil. This species is under threat; the black-headed spider monkey and brown spider monkey are critically endangered.

Paul Gómez, is a Vocational Photographer, graduated Biologist and Master of Science of the National University of Colombia.
His work is focused on documentary photography, being black and white his primary creative tool.
