TITLE: "fictional professional meeting"
These cleaning ladies have in fact never met. One comes from Africa and works in a gallery, mopping the gallery´s floor. The other ladies are depicted on a photo which was digitally put on the gallery´s wall. This photo was taken at the Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon, Myanmar, where cleaning ladies come in after the rain or at the end of the day to do their job for the pagoda, the visitors and their own karma. Different continents, different environment, similar work. We are all the same. It would be nice if one day they could meet in person.
