TITLE: I'M NOT ALONE: Complementary Colors
I.
Few years ago, it was not good with me.
I felt lonely. Like a loser.
I am not ashamed of this.
today..
Series I'm Not Alone: Complementary Colors is it self-portraits from the period of getting to know each other again. My answer to the fear of loneliness, nostalgic search for happiness but this time I am personally.
Real me. No shame, no crying, no regrets.
AUTHOR: Michal Rawski (Poland)
I am an artist photographer specializing in portrait, experimental and artistic photography.
I am also a graduate of the Krakow Artistic School - KSA where am I from.
When I grab my camera, my eyes blend with creativity. Then my unspoken words turn into pictures.
For me, it is a safe, comfortable yet powerful form of communication.
Since my mid-teenage years, I have tried to look at things deeper, see everything from a different perspective and observe the nuance and details of my environment. This experience made everyday life more and more inspiring. I discovered the subtle beauty in the often monotonous foreground of daily routine and shocking events.
Despite the several photo exhibitions in Poland and Europe, the publications, there is still this thirsty desire to share more and connect with people. Ideas follow ideas…and that's the most beautiful thing about photography, the unlimited field of my creativity.
