TITLE: Solitariness
Does the solitary person yearn for a company or is he relieved by the absence of others?
Solitude is underrated, and people desiring it are sometimes seen in a negative light.
We place too much weight on being with others. A lot of people in solitude are expressing the deep satisfactions of being with just ourselves, no one else required. Solitude does not necessarily involve feelings of loneliness, and in fact may, for those who choose it with deliberate intent, be one's sole source of genuine pleasure.
